Refund policy

In case you have made a reservation using online payment and you want to cancel or reschedule it; your funds will be returned in full if it is done within the terms stipulated in the policy for canceling and rescheduling reservations while keeping funds to cover administrative costs.

The deadline for refunding the funds will be between 3 and 10 working days.

In case of cancellation or rescheduling of the reservation in a period that is not stipulated in the service provision policy, your funds will not be returned.

For every reservation made & paid in advance (deposit), there is no refund.
