Reservation policy
Attached are some rules that apply to Common that we believe will help in the development of communication and functioning between customers and beauty salons.
Confirmed reservation
When making a reservation at a particular beauty salon, at the end of the reservation process, you have the option to choose whether you want to pay in cash (at the salon) or by online payment.
🏠 If you choose to pay in cash, the following steps follow:
1. The reservation is processed at the salon
2. If the salon confirms the reservation, a confirmation from Common that you have made a successful reservation will arrive at your e-mail address
3. In the "my reservations" section, you will have the term marked in green, and you can also add the term to your calendar by scanning the QR code as a reminder.
🌐 If online payment is selected:
1. The platform will direct you to the online payment system
2. Once the transaction is completed, your reservation is automatically confirmed
3. In the "my reservations" section, you will have the term marked in green, and you can also add the term to your calendar by scanning the QR code as a reminder.
Cancelled reservation
When making a reservation in a particular beauty salon, at the end of the reservation process, you have the option to choose whether you want to pay in cash (at the salon) or by online payment.
If you choose to pay in cash, the following steps follow:
1. The reservation is processed at the salon
2. If the salon cancels the reservation, a notification will arrive at your e-mail address that the reservation has not been confirmed, that is, it has been canceled.
3. In the "my reservations" section, you will have the term marked in red, which means that you will have to try again for another term.
If you have already made a reservation in a certain salon, but you want to cancel it, you can do so NO LATER THAN 24 hours before the start of the appointment.
If the reservation is canceled within the stipulated period, your funds will be fully refunded.
If the reservation is not canceled within the stipulated period of maximum 24 hours, in that case:
1. If payment in cash is chosen, each salon separately decides on the amount to be charged to the customer who did not meet the deadline.
2. If online payment is selected, Common has the right to retain 10% of the amount of the reservation made.
Warning:
In situations where there is a certain explanation for the desire and incentive to cancel the reservation, we are at your disposal to send us an e-mail at info@common.mk where our customer support department will review the situation
Rescheduled reservation
If you have already made a reservation, but there was a change of plan and you are not able to arrive on time, you have the option to reschedule your appointment AT LEAST 24 hours before the start of the appointment. Rescheduling the appointment is done in the "my reservations" section when clicking on the reservation itself, and then on the "Reschedule reservation" field.
In case you reschedule your appointment, the previous reservation you have made is automatically cancelled.
The process for the new, rescheduled booking follows the same steps outlined above.
In a situation where an appointment that was previously made with online payment is rescheduled, if it is done within the stipulated period of 24 hours, the funds will be fully refunded.
If the deadline for rescheduling is not met, Common has the right to keep 10% of the amount of the reservation made.
In a situation where the salon is the one rescheduling the appointment, an email with your new appointment will arrive at your email address.
If the new appointment does not suit you, you can freely cancel the reservation in the "my reservations" section in the "cancel appointment" field.
We introduce all these rules and policies in order to raise awareness, culture and responsibility among customers in order to respect the time, work and effort of beauty salons and their employees, because they are the ones who make you shine with all your beauty and look the way you want at any time.

Refund
For every reservation made & paid in advance (deposit), there is no refund.
